📦 1. Instant Return Policy (Doorstep Only)

The only opportunity to return a product purchased from our shop is at the time of delivery.

1. 🔍 Verification: When the delivery person arrives with your product, please inspect it thoroughly.
2. 🚫 Instant Decision: If the product is not to your liking or if there is any issue, you must return it to the delivery person immediately.
3. ⚠️ Time Limit: Once the delivery person leaves your premises, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

✅ 2. Return Guidelines

The following conditions are mandatory when returning a product:

1. ✨ Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and intact.
2. 🏷️ Tags & Packaging: Original tags, boxes, or packaging must be completely undamaged and included.
3. 🎁 Gift Items: If the product was part of an offer or included a free gift, the gift item must also be returned.

🚚 3. Delivery Charge Information

The rules for delivery charges during a return are as follows:

1. 💵 Return Due to Personal Choice: If there is no defect in the product but you choose to return it because you do not like it, you are required to pay the fixed delivery charge only.
2. 🛠️ Defective or Incorrect Product: If an incorrect or damaged product is sent by mistake, you do not have to pay any charges. You can return it completely free of cost.
